Weekly Income Benefit is paid on the eighth day of an accident or an illness. Coverage continues for 26 weeks.
In no event shall your Personal Disability Insurance Weekly Benefit exceed 70% of your average gross weekly earnings.
Long Term Disability
Provides payment for disability after 26 weeks. Benefit is 50% of salary to maximum $1,000 per month. Medical Underwriting required for present plan participants. Hartford Underwriting waived for new companies and new employees. Participation is voluntary. Coordinates with Social Security benefits.
