The YCBA Insurance Trust was established in 1969 to meet the needs of members of the Home Builders Association. The Trust consist of an Administrator, appointed by the YCBA, and five Trustees. The Board of Trustees, all volunteers, meet on the third Wednesday of each month to conduct business and make decisions regarding the insurance plan.

Three insurance brokers assist the Trust by presenting plans of insurance coverage which are adopted by the Trustees. The office staff consists of three employees who work to administer the plan.

We offer six levels of medical coverage, and dental, life, short and long term disability plans.

We offer your own human resource office to assist you/your employees and their dependents with claims service by experienced office personnel. Whatever your concerns we can assist you.

Quotes for medical coverage can be done with a very short turn around time.

Office hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday.
